It is a good product, but the dilemma with this door pull is its diameter. It is hardly standard (30).

stainless steel door pulls

The quality of the parts I ordered was excellent. The selection of sizes available was also the best on the internet. The delivery was done efficiently. The packaging was also done correctly. This company deserves a high rating and I have put them on my 'favorites list' for future business. Competitors do not have the ability to stand up to the best: Knobs and Hardware!

wrong information received

I had IM'd with one of your sales people about how to measure these pulls- I was told to measure the hole- Now I have 4 pull that are too small because the measurements are not for the hole size , but for the pull size.
